Your order is normally processed and shipped within 48 hours after we receive it.

All Wisconsin customers will have 5.5% sales tax added to the cost of their total order.

Our DVDs are guaranteed against manufacturing and duplication defect. If your DVD is found defective, please be sure and check it thoroughly, clean the DVD properly and retest it to ensure playability (see DVD cleaning instructions below). A return DVD should have a short description of the problem and where it can be found. It can be returned only for an exchange of the same title, plus the exchange must be made within the first 60 days after the invoice purchase date. Simply return the DVD and a copy of the invoice and Plets Express will cover the additional postage cost at the U.S. first class mail rate.

99% of all playback problems on a DVD are caused by either a dirty or scratched disk. To ensure the best quality, Plets Express has mastered and duplicated their DVDs right to manufacturing specifications. We use only high quality DVD disks. Important: Please check the bottom of the DVD. Is it dirty, smudged or scratched?

Instructions for Cleaning a DVD:

• To clean dvd use a soft, dry cloth that produces no lint (such as a lens cloth or a clean tee shirt)
• Clean the bottom of the DVD only (never the top) with straight easy strokes from the center of the DVD to the outer rim. Never clean a DVD in circular motion.
• For stubborn dirt, use a solution of water and mild dish soap. Wring out the cloth and then clean and dry the DVD as explained in the steps above. Never use anything except water and mild dish soap, doing so could permanently damage your DVD.

Storing and Protecting a DVD: Remember to handle DVDs only by the edges and always put them back into their cases to protect them from dirt, smudges, and scratches.
