Your order is normally processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after we receive it.

All Wisconsin customers will have 5.5% sales tax added to the cost of their total order.

Our videos are guaranteed against manufacturing and duplication defect. If your tape is found defective, return it at the point where the defect is found along with a short description of the problem. It can be returned only for an exchange of the same title, plus the exchange must be made within the first 60 days after the invoice purchase date. Simply return the tape and a copy of the invoice and Plets Express will cover the additional postage cost at the U.S. media mail rate of $1.35 per tape.

Important: Please adjust tracking, digital tracking, and TV/VCR settings before returning. Additionally, if a tape is examined by Plets Express and is found to have been damaged by negligence or a malfunctioning VCR, a replacement tape can be obtained at a minimal fee.
